Associate – Corporate – Bristol – 3-6 Years PQE

Overview

In this Corporate Associate role, you will advise clients on complex transactions across a range of sectors, contributing to high‑quality national and international deals. You will work within a collaborative Corporate team to support M&A, private equity, governance, and capital markets matters, across banks, listed and private businesses. You will manage your own caseload with early responsibility and client exposure while liaising with colleagues across offices. Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, private equity/venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations
• Handle equity capital markets and governance matters
• Support clients across tech, media, energy, financial services, mobility, and infrastructure sectors
• Managet own caseload with early responsibility and client exposure
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and specialist teams

Key requirements

• 3-6 years PQE in corporate law
• Solid experience across a wide range of corporate transactions
• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple matters and deadlines
• Collaborative approach and commitment to excellent client service
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-lasting client relationships
