Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with supervision
• Work on will, trust and estate disputes, Inheritance Act claims, validity challenges, and breach of trust issues
• Assist with applications to remove executors or trustees
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing as the team grows

Key requirements

• 0-4 years’ PQE in contentious probate
• Strong drafting and technical skills
• Excellent communication skills
