Overview
Invesco seeks a Senior Compliance Executive to advise the EMEA ETF business on regulatory and governance matters, supporting product lifecycles from launches to changes. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Product, Distribution and Investments to sustain a compliant and commercially sound ETF platform. You’ll translate complex rules into practical guidance and help elevate risk management across the organization. This role offers visibility, cross‑functional collaboration, and the chance to shape one of the industry’s fast‑growing product areas.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a Compliance Advisory partner to the EMEA ETF Business and provide timely, commercially minded guidance
- Review new product proposals and support launches by identifying relevant compliance/regulatory considerations
- Advise on changes to existing ETF products, including governance and regulatory implications
- Review investor-facing materials (PRIIPs KIDs and other documentation) for regulatory alignment
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting the ETF industry and provide actionable guidance
- Support implementation of regulatory changes and contribute to readiness initiatives
- Deliver training on regulatory developments, risks, and compliance best practices
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to promote risk management and a strong compliance culture
- Champion fair customer outcomes, governance, and management of conflicts of interest
Key requirements
- Proven compliance experience within asset management, ideally ETF/UCITS or Compliance Advisory
- Strong understanding of fund structures and ETF products; regulatory framework especially in Ireland
- Knowledge of Central Bank of Ireland requirements and relevant regulations
- Experience advising on product governance, regulatory change, and compliance matters
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business or related discipline
- Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-focused advice
- Strong stakeholder management and influential communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with ability to build relationships across global teams
