Overview

As a Vice President–level Sales Analytics Manager, you’ll design and deliver sales performance intelligence for Citi’s global client franchise. You will own analytical frameworks, data methods, and self-serve capabilities that empower senior leaders with commercial insights. Working across data, finance, and client strategy, you’ll translate inputs into actionable intelligence and support decision-making at the highest level. You’ll shape monthly productivity metrics, client value methodologies, and executive-ready reporting to drive strategic outcomes. This role offers ownership of analytics evolution, including AI-assisted dashboards and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Monthly Sales Productivity Metrics for senior management review
  • Develop and maintain client value methodologies across countries and regions
  • Consolidate client feedback data from RM meetings, call reports, and CRM systems to produce actionable intelligence
  • Create a monthly Client One Pager for Citi’s largest clients with senior-ready content and structure
  • Collaborate with Finance, Coalition, and Client Insight teams to source and validate metrics and data
  • Build and implement a self-serve analytics strategy with AI-assisted dashboards in partnership with Mumbai Analytics team

Key requirements

  • Ability to design clear, intuitive data visualizations for senior audiences
  • Experience defining analytical methodologies for recurring reporting with emphasis on accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to source, integrate, and synthesize data from multiple internal teams and systems
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration across finance, client coverage, and data functions
  • Hands-on experience building self-serve analytics, including dashboards and automation of manual reporting
