Overview

In this role you will design and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions within EY’s Intelligent Automation and AI initiatives. You’ll engage with clients across business and technology functions, building trusted advisor relationships while leading teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You’ll continuously learn, adapt, and translate complex problems into pragmatic, innovative solutions that drive data-enabled transformation. Responsibilities

• Microsoft Power Platform solution design and delivery
• Engage with clients at all levels across business and technology
• Nurture long-term trusted advisor relationships
• Train and manage junior staff and QA client deliverables
• Respond to client requirements with subject matter expertise
• Define innovative, pragmatic solutions to complex problems
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills
• Research client inquiries and emerging technologies, including regulations and industry practices

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering or related fields
• Experience in consulting, business analysis, project management or development in AI/Intelligent Automation
• Proficiency or certification in Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
