Overview
As an Analyst in Capital Markets, you support the growth of our securitisation and funding activities to scale a fast-expanding leasing business. You work closely with the team to manage facilities, engage rating agencies and investors, and translate complex data into clear analyses and reports. You will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of securitisation, contributing to the company’s climate-focused growth agenda. This is a hands-on, analytical role in a mission-driven, autonomous culture that values learning and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Support securitisation facilities management and transition to public markets
- Engage with rating agencies and investors, handling due diligence and data analysis
- Perform financial modelling, market analysis and data manipulation on large datasets
- Assist with transaction reporting, asset performance Forecasting and monitoring trigger levels
- Prepare high-quality spreadsheets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader team to align capital markets activities with growth agenda
Key requirements
- Degree in Finance or related discipline
- 1 year in a finance or data-centric role (Capital Markets, Banking or Debt Advisory preferable)
- Strong numeracy and ability to translate data into professional outputs
- Basic SQL knowledge and advanced spreadsheet skills
- Self-driven problem-solver with willingness to learn new financial structures
- Strong communication skills to present analysis to stakeholders
