Consultant – Financial Services

Overview

In this role you help deliver client projects by shaping analysis, reports, and plans that drive actionable outcomes. You will support workstreams, coordinate with sponsors and leaders, and communicate results to executives. You’ll map processes, analyze data using BI tools, and help implement risk management frameworks across jurisdictions. This position offers exposure to diverse finance clients and the chance to grow within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Design project plans and own status reporting for client deliverables
• Map existing processes with Visio in collaboration with business units
• Conduct detailed analyses and present insights via PowerPoint, PowerBI, or Tableau
• Assist senior staff with project execution including risk and controls assessment and remediation
• Build internal and external relationships to support engagements
• Contribute to RFP responses for prospective clients
• Support development or implementation of operational risk management frameworks ensuring regulatory alignment across jurisdictions

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities
• Right to Work in the UK or equivalent
