Education Lawyer – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will advise independent schools, school groups and governing bodies on education and compliance matters. You will work within a high-performing regulatory and compliance team in Bristol or London, supporting schools through admissions, safeguarding, tribunals and inspections. You will help manage reputation-sensitive issues and contribute to strategic development with senior lawyers. Responsibilities

• Advise on admissions, exclusions and appeals
• Handle safeguarding, SEN and equality law matters
• Oversee regulatory compliance and inspections work
• Manage and respond to reputation-sensitive incidents
• Lead and supervise a team and contribute to strategic development
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to shape responses to emerging policies
