Responsibilities

• Commercial oversight to maximise profitability through cost control and value management
• Prepare, review, and manage tender docs, contracts, and notices with suppliers and stakeholders
• Identify and manage financial and contractual risks to drive positive project outcomes
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Manage project reporting, applications, and final accounts with accurate financial data

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 2–5 years’ experience with a Drylining Contractor
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Highly organised, driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment
