As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will support a prestigious US law firm’s London office in advising on complex financing transactions. You will work with a highly regarded LevFin team on acquisition finance, high yield bonds, bridge financing, mezzanine financings, and syndicated facilities. You contribute to high-profile financings and collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver sophisticated financing solutions. Key requirements

• 3-5 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• Leveraged finance experience at a US or Magic Circle/Silver Circle firm
• Excellent academics
