Overview

In this role, you will help deliver sustainable, resilient civil infrastructure within a multidisciplinary team. You’ll work on a diverse portfolio across the UK, from urban regeneration to SuDS and utilities, collaborating with specialists to integrate design solutions. You’ll contribute to projects from concept through construction support, applying digital design and BIM to drive practical outcomes. Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of civil engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated, sustainable designs
• Produce technical designs, drawings and reports to a high standard
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to develop practical outcomes
• Take ownership of defined project elements, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Contribute to development of digital engineering and BIM-led design approaches

Key requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in civil engineering design and project delivery
• Experience using design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, AutoCAD or similar
• Interest in digital design, BIM and/or automation in engineering delivery
• Proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach
• Progression toward, or achievement of, professional chartership (ICE or equivalent) would be advantageous
