Responsibilities

• Plan & deliver project and valuation plans to keep work on schedule and within budget
• Lead and supervise specialist teams across multiple sites
• Champion Health & Safety through training, monitoring, and proactive management
• Problem-solve challenges and escalate where needed
• Report and evaluate progress, productivity, and client satisfaction

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing external building fabrics and maintenance works
• Experience of managing multiple sites
• Excellent project planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Strong communicator engaging at site, client, and board level
• Skilled at managing diverse teams and resolving conflicts
• Commercially savvy with experience in valuing works for accounting purposes
• Proactive and adaptable under pressure, willing to challenge the status quo
• Strong experience of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and reporting/admin duties
• Full UK driving licence
