Overview

In this Senior Consultant role, you will help define enterprise AI delivery within Deloitte’s SAP+ Design & Innovation capability. You’ll work close to clients and code to design, build, and scale AI agent-based solutions that augment SAP transformations. You’ll bridge engineering with client advisory, shaping production-ready intelligent systems and multi-stakeholder demonstrations. The role offers growth toward leadership tracks while contributing to Deloitte’s broader AI innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agent systems using modern SDKs and orchestration frameworks
• Implement agentic workflows with tool integration, memory/state management, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Contribute to enterprise context engineering by connecting agents to SAP and non-SAP systems
• Integrate frontier LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini) with best-practice guardrails and cost management
• Support evaluation and observability of agent systems (evals, tracing, quality gates)
• Develop full-stack features across Python/Node back-ends and TypeScript front ends (React, Next.js)
• Participate in client workshops and demos to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• Grow toward leadership roles (Manager/Partner) while delivering client value
