Overview

As Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead proactive and reactive campaigns that elevate our brands across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll help build a reactive communications centre of excellence and deliver fast, culturally relevant ideas at moments that matter. The role sits in a dynamic team spanning brand, social, media, and risk to drive engagement and commercial impact. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on speed, insight, and customer relevance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive and reactive moments, stunts and activations to drive engagement and commercial impact across channels
  • Build and maintain a centre of excellence for reactive communications and big-thinking ideas
  • Identify timely opportunities across cultural, customer, product, and market signals and translate into initiatives
  • Support campaigns tied to major cultural moments, events, product launches, and brand campaigns
  • Establish daily listening and insights practices using trends and sentiment to stay relevant
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Full Funnels, Accelerator teams, agencies, risk, media, commercial) to enable fast, integrated activity
  • Develop and implement clear measurement frameworks for fame, engagement, sentiment, speed to market, and value
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and continuous learning
  • Oversee budgets and PO processes to optimize media and production spend
  • Ensure compliance with FCA and Group risk standards while enabling faster routes to market
