Senior Technical Business Analyst – CRM Database digital

Overview

In this role, you bridge IT capabilities and business goals to drive project success. You combine BA methods with deep data and database insight to understand transformations and support integration across systems. You’ll translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and promote knowledge transfer within a cross-functional context. The position emphasizes digital transformation and modern architecture patterns in a collaborative, data-driven environment, delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between IT and business objectives to support project delivery
• Enable knowledge sharing and transfer of business rules for integration
• Analyze data and data transformations to inform design and implementation
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders across audiences
• Support digital transformation efforts from legacy systems to modern architectures (e.g., microservices, data hubs, Salesforce)
• Contribute to data modeling, mapping, and reporting efforts
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Understanding of databases and data structures, SQL queries, REST APIs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with digital transformation and modern architecture patterns (microservices, data hubs, Salesforce)
