Overview

In this role you design, plan and deliver a diverse range of activities and excursions for international students, helping to create a vibrant, inclusive campus life. You will work with the Activities & Events Manager to ensure smooth delivery and high standards, while prioritising student welfare and safety. You’ll promote events through social channels and adapt activities based on feedback to keep engagement high. This is a dynamic, service‑miented position within EF’s global mission to open the world through education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily and evening activities with a focus on student welfare and meaningful engagement
  • Respond to feedback and adapt activities to evolving interests
  • Promote activities and excursions via social media and other channels
  • Collaborate with the Activities & Events Manager to support delivery of all programs
  • Plan and deliver interactive games, events and sessions that foster participation and community
  • Ensure activity information and schedules are accurate and communicated clearly
  • Assist in observing activities to maintain high standards
  • Handle issues and emergencies calmly, following safeguarding procedures
  • Prioritise health and safeguarding of students and liaise with service providers for rates and relationships
  • Participate in the Emergency Phone rotation

  • Highly motivated, energetic and positive with sociable/outgoing personality
  • Confident in leading and managing groups of students
  • Highly organized and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
  • Calm under pressure and able to handle difficult situations
  • Appreciation of cultural differences and sensitivity to international students’ needs
  • Flexible approach to work and hours
  • First Aider (preferred but not essential)
  • Clear enhanced DBS check and two references
  • Right to work in the UK on commencement
