Responsibilities

• Manage a full range of residential property matters (sales, purchases, freehold/leasehold, new builds, transfers of equity, remortgages)
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
• Meet agreed fee targets through efficient, high-quality work
• Develop introducer relationships and contribute to growing the Swindon conveyancing offering

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or CILEx in residential conveyancing
• Proactive, personable approach with quick rapport-building
