MEP Coordination Engineer – Leeds

Overview

In this BIM Coordinator role, you will deliver coordinated MEP digital designs across varied projects, applying UK BIM Framework standards. You’ll produce and QA Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and related deliverables, working closely with engineers and the BIM team. You’ll help ensure buildable, clash-free designs with data integrity and compliance, supporting efficient project delivery across defence, healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial sectors. This is a chance to shape high-impact infrastructure with a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated MEP models in Revit and AutoCAD; perform model interrogation to resolve clashes and ensure buildability
• Apply UK BIM Framework standards and internal QA processes; ensure alignment with project BIM requirements
• Produce accurate drawings, schematics, and model data; translate engineering mark-ups into deliverables
• Conduct model checks using interference and QA tools; maintain structured file management per company standards
• Collaborate with engineers and BIM leadership to sustain a high-performing project environment

Key requirements

• Strong experience with Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
• Exposure to Navisworks, MagiCAD or Solibri beneficial
• Solid understanding of MEP systems and installation, with some site experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage own workload
• Eligibility for SC clearance (required)
