Overview

In this role you will support Ferrero UK & Ireland across the employee lifecycle, delivering high-quality HR administration and payroll guidance within the HR Shared Services team. You will act as a point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and timely service. You’ll collaborate with Payroll and cross-functional colleagues to maintain records and support onboarding, changes, reporting, and continuous improvement. This fast-paced, international environment offers a clear path to develop your HR career and impact the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts, employment letters and HR correspondence
  • Support onboarding for new starters and lifecycle changes (promotions, transfers, leavers)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in SAP HR and related systems
  • Process employee data and changes with Payroll to meet deadlines
  • Handle employee queries via email, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Contribute to HR reporting, audits, benefits administration, and leave processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services

Key requirements

  • Organised, detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional
  • Experience in administrative roles, ideally HR, Payroll or Shared Services
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP HR (advantageous)
  • CIPD qualification study or willingness to develop HR knowledge (advantageous)
