Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private family matters (divorce, separation, cohabitation disputes, private children).
• Advise on financial remedy proceedings, including high-value and multi-asset cases.
• Handle pre- and post-nuptial agreements and related relationship-breakdown matters.
• Foster strong client relationships through excellent client care.
• Supervise and support junior team members when appropriate.
• Contribute to the growth and profile of the Family department.
• Stay up-to-date with Family Law developments and share knowledge with the team.

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE in Family Law.
• Strong experience in private family matters, especially financial remedy work.
• Experience advising on children matters is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client service and willingness to contribute to business development.
