Cyber Security Engineer

Overview

In this role you will support the Global Information Security team by implementing and maintaining security for on‑premises and cloud environments, focusing on integrating cloud and on‑prem infrastructure. You will work with a global, cross‑functional team to deploy technical security controls, monitor threats, and continually improve resilience against cyber risks. You’ll contribute to security tooling and automation while aligning with enterprise policies. Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain technical security infrastructure and policies
• Develop security tooling and automate recurring tasks
• Build and tune SIEM event correlation rules and content
• Build and tune Web content protection rules
• Collaborate with Security Monitoring to defend the enterprise per policies
• Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols
• Monitor threat intel for zero-day threats impacting Computershare
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with global IT and architecture teams

Key requirements

• In‑depth experience as an engineer in information security
• SIEM experience

• Azure Security Engineer Associate certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security protocols, encryption and authentication
