Overview
As a Senior Analyst, you will optimise Investran usage across the business, support configuration and fund structures, and drive reporting and automation enhancements. You’ll collaborate with operations and client-facing teams, acting as the primary Investran contact to promote consistency and best practices. The role includes contributing to upgrades, testing, and ongoing system development, enabling efficient fund administration. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a clear impact on delivery quality and scale.

Responsibilities
- optimise Investran usage across the business
- configure and troubleshoot the Investran platform and fund structures
- enhance reporting, data remediation and process/output automation
- resolve platform-related issues and support upgrades and testing
- contribute to ongoing system development and user training
- act as key point of contact for Investran-related queries and promote best practices across the organisation
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in financial services and/or fund administration systems
- strong hands-on knowledge of Investran
- experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and platform development
- experience with reporting, data remediation and automation
- strong Excel skills
- previous experience supporting or training system users
- Yardi, VBA or investor portal experience would be beneficial
