Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to form a complete picture
• Identify technical needs and gaps based on analysis
• Translate requirements into technical project scope
• Design end-to-end solutions and evaluate implementation options
• Create and maintain precise product and project specifications
• Manage knowledge content and steer inquiries toward closure

Key requirements

• STEM degree
• 3–10 years experience
• Previous development experience and ongoing understanding of hands-on code
• Experience in technical business analysis
• Strong requirements elicitation to produce concise specs
• Solid understanding of software/hardware concepts, software architecture, and SDLC (Waterfall or Agile)
• Knowledge of asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income)
• Hands-on programming in Python
