Overview

In this role you will drive revenue growth by expanding AVEVA’s footprint in named accounts within a defined territory. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with AVEVA solutions, aiming to become a trusted strategic partner. You’ll engage C-level stakeholders to uncover core business problems and present transformational sales initiatives. This is a high-impact, team-driven opportunity at a global software leader focused on industrial outcomes and sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly incremental revenue targets within the regional plan
  • Drive cross-portfolio growth using AVEVA strategic plays to deliver customer impact
  • Own new revenue generation while managing all commercial activity from opportunity to contract
  • Plan and execute account strategies and sales activities from prospecting to closing
  • Develop relationships with C-level clients to understand digital initiatives and business drivers
  • Analyze performance and forecast using Salesforce and long-term account plans
  • Maintain pipeline and adhere to AVEVA MEDDPICC and CRM processes

Key requirements

  • Significant sales, account management, or business development experience selling software across Utilities, O&G, Transmission & Distribution, EPCs and related sectors
  • Strong understanding of IT software and sector trends in AVEVA’s target industries
  • Self-starter capable of driving engagements through the full sales cycle
  • Experience engaging at all levels from end-user to senior decision-maker
  • Ability to articulate business benefits of AVEVA solutions and map them to customer needs
  • Analytical and commercial skills to identify market trends and create dynamic plans
  • Fluency in English and local language to C1/C2 level
  • Domain expertise in an appropriate industry or market sector (desirable)
  • Degree qualification or professional qualification in a relevant area (desirable)
