Product Design Engineer

Overview

As a bridge between deeply technical users and business users, you design and implement intuitive front-end interfaces for a complex platform. You balance UX rigor with engineering practicality, shaping journeys across screens and delivering end-to-end work that feels natural. You collaborate with product, engineering, and real users to turn thoughtful design into living code, making complex workflows feel simple and human.

Responsibilities

• Identify UX issues before they become problems
• Design and build chat interfaces, dashboards, and smart workflows
• Balance simplicity and sophistication for a mixed user base
• Implement your own designs, not just mock them up
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and real users to shape interactions with technical systems

Key requirements

• hybrid background in design and front-end implementation
• strong portfolio showing design-to-code work and measurable impact
• ability to implement designs in code and own parts of the interface
• experience aligning UX with technical constraints and user needs
