Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of contentious property matters
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes, easements, restrictive covenants, trespass, lease renewals, breaches, rent/service charge recovery, and property insolvency
• Develop specialist property litigation expertise and contribute to headline matters with senior litigators
• Demonstrate strong drafting and case management to progress cases efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-department teams and maintain high levels of client service

Key requirements

• 2-6 years PQE in property litigation
• Solid understanding of property law and litigation processes
• Strong drafting and case management skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
