Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex fire engineering projects across multiple sectors
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance of fire strategies, reports, and designs
• Develop innovative, performance-based fire engineering solutions
• Act as a technical authority on UK fire safety legislation and Building Regulations
• Develop and maintain strong client, architect, contractor, and regulator relationships
• Lead proposals, fee submissions, and bid responses
• Contribute to market strategy and growth objectives of the fire engineering business
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fire engineers

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartered Engineer status
• Significant experience in a fire engineering consultancy environment
• Experience leading, managing, and developing technical teams
