Overview
In this role you provide proactive Legal PA support to the Head of Office and the group, enabling lawyers to focus on client work. You will work within a collaborative Business Operations team to deliver efficient administrative and secretarial services across the group. You’ll support diary management, correspondence, travel, and document handling while maintaining high confidentiality and accuracy. The opportunity offers exposure to varied, high‑level legal work in a supportive, growth‑minded firm. You will play a key part in enabling smooth operations and strong client service within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external clients and their teams
- Support client service initiatives and organize events, including attendance at client events/seminars
- Develop sector knowledge to improve client service
- Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and travel/booking logistics
- Diary management for lawyers, including prioritization and document preparation
- Coordinate communications, including screening calls, emails, and memos
- Prepare presentation materials and draft non‑legal documents
- Draft and circulate office/group/sector communications
- Collaborate with Heads of Department/Group Heads and Business Operations to cascade information
- Manage document production and file management, including conflict checks and client engagement letters
- Assist with billing processes, pricing/project plans, and use of firm systems like Aderant and InterAction
- Support client account management and filings, ensuring timely archiving and retrieval
- Take notes and support action points in internal client/project meetings
- Utilize transcription and document production services to ensure document quality
- Liaise with travel providers and internal services to coordinate schedules and arrangements
- Promote efficiency by delegating to appropriate support services and handling internal meetings
