BUSINESS ANALYST L5

Overview

In this role you bridge customer needs with Wipro’s delivery teams to shape accurate, timely solutions. You will gather and articulate requirements for RFPs/RFIs, craft functional and non-functional specs, and keep stakeholders aligned through demos and feedback. You’ll work with cross-functional squads to ensure solution feasibility, validate requirements with testing, and contribute to a knowledge base that enhances future proposals. This position offers impact across engagements by driving value and customer satisfaction in digital transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements for RFP/RFI, document scopes and features, and capture stated and unstated needs
• Create workflow diagrams and specifications; coordinate with internal teams (PM, pre-sales, tech leads, architects) to craft timely responses
• Communicate financial and operational impact of changes; conduct periodic customer feedback loops to refine designs
• Demonstrate proposed solutions to empower customers and maintain strong relationships for ongoing value
• Coordinate with delivery teams to provide customer inputs, review test coverage, perform root cause analysis, and manage change requests
• Support QA by providing feedback and inputs; assist in integration testing and UAT demonstrations to ensure 100% success
• Stitch the final solution to the RFP/RFI and present it to customers; plan milestones with principal consultants and delivery leads
• Build domain expertise through collaboration with BAs, writing whitepapers, identifying reusable use cases, and market research for project content
