Finance Business Partner (Hospitality)

Overview

As Finance Business Partner in a fast-growing hospitality group, you will influence decision-making across multiple sites by delivering insightful financial analysis and challenge where needed. You’ll partner with operational and commercial leaders to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency, shaping budgets, forecasts, and strategic investments. Your work will support month-end processes and pack presentations for senior stakeholders, helping embed a strong commercial finance culture. This is a newly created role with scope to add value in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to support commercial decision-making and business growth
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans across multiple sites
• Deliver meaningful analysis and actionable insights into business performance
• Support month-end reporting and variance analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Produce reporting packs and present financial results to key stakeholders
• Support strategic projects, new site openings, and investment decisions
• Help embed a strong commercial finance culture across the business

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance role
• Hospitality, leisure, retail or other multi-site sector experience would be highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence non-finance audiences
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen
• Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
