AI Business Partner | Real Estate Investment | London

Overview

In this role you partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities, translate challenges into actionable use cases and delivery plans, and coordinate pilots to deliver measurable value. You will drive adoption of AI tools and ensure initiatives align with governance and risk standards. You will help the business scale its AI capability and translate insights into tangible outcomes, shaping the transformation journey across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape high-value AI opportunities
• Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, business cases and delivery plans
• Coordinate AI proofs of concept and pilot initiatives through to successful outcomes
• Drive adoption of tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT and other approved AI solutions
• Ensure initiatives are aligned to governance, risk and compliance requirements
• Track benefits and business outcomes to demonstrate measurable value

Key requirements

• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation or AI initiatives
• Background in consulting, business analysis, technology business partnering or transformation
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience shaping requirements, business cases and benefits realisation
• Good understanding of AI tools and their practical business applications
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams
