Overview

In this role you will lead on-site delivery for high-end residential projects in London, ensuring quality, safety, and progress. You will manage site teams and coordinate activities to keep works on track and within budget, across conversions, brownfield builds, and refurbishments. Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality workmanship on site across conversions, brownfield newbuilds, and refurbishments
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades
• Manage project timeline and budget, reporting progress and risks
• Enforce site safety, quality standards, and compliance
• Monitor materials, procurement, and on-site logistics to avoid delays
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve design and build coordination issues
