Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you support operational excellence and organizational health across assigned sites, partnering with field and leadership teams. You translate priorities into actionable plans, using data-driven decision making to drive business results and improve the employee experience. You maintain end-to-end employee experiences, feedback mechanisms, and inclusive environments that foster trust and performance. This onsite role spans multiple sites, requiring mobility and strong presence to influence culture and safety programs. You will work with cross-functional partners to shape workplace improvements and people strategies at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Foster two-way communication through feedback channels like Voice of the Associate, roundtables, and GEMBA walks
  • Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs, including budgeting
  • Build an inclusive environment with Employee Resource Groups and equitable talent practices
  • Maintain floor presence to identify early signs of disengagement
  • Conduct site walks to ensure workplace conditions and facility standards align with Amazon standards
  • Partner with safety teams to ensure consistent execution of safety programs
  • Lead community initiatives and collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Identify systemic patterns, address root causes, and ensure fair policy application
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and preempt challenges
  • Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service
  • Coach leaders on performance feedback, team development, and employee relations
  • Support change management and translate changes into local routines
  • Execute core PXT processes while building trust and business acumen

Key requirements

  • Knowledge of local labor law
  • Experience in HR in international, fast-paced, customer-driven settings
  • Experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
