Associate Solicitor – Property Litigation – Bristol

In this role you will advise on high-value property disputes across England & Wales as part of a Tier 1 property litigation team. You will support both commercial and residential matters, working with national and international clients to shape property outcomes. Responsibilities

• Advise on complex, high-value property disputes across England & Wales
• Assist with risk and asset management at pre-action stages
• Guide clients through mediations, arbitrations and contested litigation
• Collaborate with specialists across real estate and litigation
• Support clients including national and international organisations
• Maintain a varied and challenging caseload to develop broad skills

Key requirements

• Experience in high quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
