Overview
In this role you lead RF/mmW design activities from concept to production within Filtronic’s engineering team. You’ll own RF/mmW specifications, optimize performance, and drive reliability and manufacturability across telecom and defence products. You collaborate with mechanical, PCB, and test teams to deliver robust solutions and contribute to best-practice development. The opportunity combines technical leadership with hands-on design across sub-circuits, modules, and systems, at a state-of-the-art facility in County Durham. You will shape product delivery and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment.
