Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• Manage and develop key client accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Provide strategic commercial and cost advice on major projects
• Lead, mentor and develop project teams
• Support the wider leadership team in achieving growth objectives
• Contribute to overall operational and financial performance

Key requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Chartered status (MRICS) or significant equivalent experience
• Extensive consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience at Associate Director, Director, or senior leadership level
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrable business development and work-winning experience
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership capabilities
