Senior Technical Product Manager – Health Records

Overview

As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead Health Records and data integrations to enable scalable, secure, and actionable health data for personalised care journeys. You’ll work closely with design to turn complex health data into intuitive user experiences and drive the Virtual Clinics vision with cross-functional teams. You’ll shape a unified health data model and ensure regulatory, privacy, and data quality standards are met. This role combines technical depth with product leadership in a mission-led health tech company.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of health data from ingestion to activation in experiences
• Develop a unified health data model to support personalised experiences and clinical use cases
• Collaborate with design to create UI/UX patterns for health insights and care journeys
• Ensure data presentation is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible
• Work with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution within the squad
• Drive vendor integration strategy and long-term partnerships
• Coordinate with AI Platform to ensure structured data for models and insights
• Establish data quality metrics and track downstream outcomes
• Stay updated on digital health interoperability and UX trends

Key requirements

• 7+ years in product management, including platform, data, or infrastructure products
• Strong technical background with APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems experience
• Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or healthcare ecosystems
• Understanding of data modeling and data quality in scalable data platforms
• Track record of partnering with design to ship high-quality user experiences
• Ability to translate complex systems into simple interfaces
• Experience in regulated environments with clinical, privacy, and legal stakeholders
• Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving settings
• Strong analytical mindset with metrics for platform/data products
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment
