Overview
In this role you will manage, renew, and expand relationships with Meltwater customers, ensuring they maximize value from our platform. You will collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams to drive long-term account growth and retention. You’ll identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and negotiate pricing as needed, while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed. This is a cross-functional, growth-focused position in a collaborative, development-oriented culture.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth within assigned accounts post-transition from Client Acquisition
- Oversee renewals and collaborate with Customer Success and Renewals teams
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell) within accounts
- Collaborate with Customer Success to drive engagement and utilization
- Partner with Renewals representatives to ensure retention and negotiate pricing
- Cultivate relationships with key account stakeholders to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor usage patterns to inform renewal and product expansion strategies
- Implement proactive sales processes to counter competitive threats during renewals
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years in account management in software/SaaS
- Strong strategic thinking and execution for retention and growth
- Ability to develop effective account plans aligned with customer goals
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Willingness to work in the office 3 days a week (hybrid)
