Overview
Enthusiastic program leader driving end-to-end CCP, USM, and Repair programs to support Chromalloy’s growth. You will align commercial, technical, and operational activities across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Repair to meet financial targets and commitments. You’ll apply asset lifecycle thinking to valuation, repair vs. replace decisions, and yield optimization, shaping value realization for the aftermarket portfolio. This role offers cross-functional impact and visibility, with a focus on delivering on-time, profitable programs in a dynamic environment. You will partner with stakeholders to balance risk, cost, and schedule while maintaining strong customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own CCP, USM, and repair programs from commercial handoff to close-out; lead cross-functional execution and issue resolution
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and margin objectives across programs
- Evaluate incoming material for disposition (Repair, Exchange, Harvest, Resale, Scrap) and apply market-based valuation logic
- Support pricing strategy for CCP, USM, and repaired material in line with market conditions
- Define and manage repair induction strategy; coordinate with Engineering and Operations to meet commitments
- Monitor performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions
- Own program-level financial performance including revenue, margin, and inventory exposure
- Develop forecasts for material demand, repair throughput, and program cost
- Collaborate with Finance on inventory valuation inputs and margin analysis
- Serve as primary customer contact for CCP, USM, and repair programs; provide proactive status updates
- Support Sales during proposals, negotiations, and customer reviews
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial or aero-derivative gas turbines, MRO, or aftermarket services
- Proven experience managing USM, repairs, or material-intensive programs
- Familiarity with mid-frame IGT platforms and/or LM-series gas turbines preferred
- Ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational trade-offs
