Digital Design Specialist (Civil)

Overview

In this role you will support civil design through disciplined BIM modeling and digital delivery. You will work under Architects/Engineers to develop the discipline model, coordinate content, and produce accurate drawings and documentation. You’ll maintain model integrity across project information, scales, and views, enabling high-quality digital outputs. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the discipline model under supervision
• Create discipline-specific model content and digital delivery outputs
• Accurately model BIM elements within the modeling environment
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and diagrams using Revit
• Maintain discipline model data: project information, coordinates, scales, orientations, scope boundaries, match-lines, views, and sheets
• Produce discipline-specific documentation with accurate annotations

Key requirements

• Technical degree or minimum 3 years related industry experience
• Proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure
• Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools
• Experience with 3D Coordination tools
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
