IB Advisory Associate – Infrastructure, Emerging Markets – London

Overview

In this role you will support execution of M&A and capital raising across energy and infrastructure, based in London. You will build and review detailed financial models and valuations, and prepare client materials. You will support due diligence, negotiations and transaction documentation, while aiding origination through market research and client engagement. The position offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of transactions with a strong emphasis on energy transition and emerging markets. You will work closely with the team to drive execution and deliver impactful investment outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A and equity/debt capital raising transactions across energy and infrastructure
• Build and review financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare client materials such as pitch decks, information memoranda, and investment papers
• Support due diligence processes, negotiations, and transaction documentation
• Assist origination through market research and client engagement

Key requirements

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in infrastructure or energy investment banking
• Proven transaction experience across energy or infrastructure advisory
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability
• Confident communicator with solid presentation skills
• Genuine interest in the energy transition and emerging markets
