Senior Associate / Partner – Family Law – Devon

In this role you provide expert guidance on high-value family law issues, including complex matrimonial finance, divorce, and prenuptial agreements. You will manage an independent caseload while mentoring junior lawyers, and you’ll contribute to business development and profile raising. Responsibilities

• Advise on complex matrimonial finance, divorce and prenuptial agreements
• Manage an independent caseload while delivering exceptional client care
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a positive team culture
• Engage in business development, networking and profile raising activities
• Maintain up to date knowledge of family law and evolving case law

Key requirements

• Proactive, confident family law specialist with significant experience in complex matrimonial matters
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience handling high-value matters and evolving case law
• Ability to manage independent caseload and contribute to BD/profile raising
• Knowledge of prenuptial agreements and divorce processes
