In this role you will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of pensions issues, including transactions, governance, and regulatory matters. You will contribute to growing a thriving pensions practice, handling high-quality advisory work with substantial client exposure and autonomy. You’ll work cross-functionally on pensions due diligence for M&A and strategic pension projects, helping shape the service offering and support junior lawyers. Responsibilities
- Advise on pensions issues across corporate transactions, governance, regulatory matters, and complex advisory work
- Contribute to pensions due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Negotiate protections and provide strategic advice on pension scheme management and change projects
- Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines on client matters
- Support development of junior lawyers and contribute to the practice’s direction and growth
- Engage with clients to deliver high levels of contact and real impact
