Operations Management Associate

Overview

In this role you will lead a division of the ISA Transfers team to deliver accurate ISA transfers and oversee related operations. You will work with the Equisoft/Altus platform to manage cash and asset transfers across ISA, JISA, LISA and GIA, including LISA House Purchase, while guiding transformation initiatives. You’ll operate within a changing environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners and supporting career growth for your team. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to shape process excellence and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a division of the ISA Transfers team, reporting to the Team Manager
• Deliver accurate and timely cash ISA transfers using the Equisoft platform
• Ensure timely banking and withdrawals
• Perform instruction verification, quality control and reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues under pressure
• Lead transformation processes within the function
• Identify, resource and deliver process improvements
• Manage a geographically dispersed team and support their career development

Key requirements

• Experience with ISA cash and asset transfers, ideally using the Equisoft platform
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Initial managerial or supervisory experience
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritise workload
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity and a will to succeed
• Ability to work in the office on a full-time basis
