Learning and Development Manager

Overview

In this role, you will design and scale the Fellowship learning experience, shaping curriculum, mentor tools, and a train-the-trainer model to support rapid growth across regions. You’ll implement modular, scalable learning architectures and measure impact on fellow progression and program quality. You’ll partner with SMEs, facilitators, and operations to ensure high-quality delivery and smooth staff secondments. Responsibilities

• Design and evolve the Fellowship learning experience and refine the 8-week structure using data and feedback
• Build scalable, modular learning architectures adaptable to regional tracks and client needs
• Collaborate with SMEs, facilitators, and ops to translate performance gaps into targeted learning pathways
• Establish train-the-trainer curricula and delivery calibration standards for consistent quality
• Coordinate with Ops, BU Leads and People partners for smooth secondments and minimal disruption
• Create continuous improvement loops and reporting rhythms to evaluate progress and program quality
• Scope and deliver broader capability projects aligned with strategic priorities across the business

Key requirements

• Proven experience designing, piloting, and scaling structured learning programmes for technical or early-career talent
• Understanding of global learning dynamics and cultural nuances across international markets
• Hands-on instructional design skills and experience with AI-assisted authoring tools or LXP platforms
• Track record of building train-the-trainer models and setting delivery standards across multiple locations
• Experience in secondment or mobility design, backfill strategies, and stakeholder buy-in
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage cross-functional relationships
