Senior Analyst , Finance Performance Governance (HAFS)

Overview

In this role you will deliver trusted performance reporting and KPI insights to support HAFS leaders in measuring service delivery and identifying improvement opportunities. You will collaborate with partners across the organisation to maintain data integrity and provide actionable analytics that enable a customer-promises-led delivery model. You’ll operate in a fast-paced shared services environment, turning data into practical guidance for functional leaders to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Produce performance metric and KPI reporting for assigned HAFS areas
• Perform data analytics to generate actionable insights
• Interpret key business drivers to support service delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data integrity
• Support delivery against business requirements and deadlines
• Maintain timely, accurate reporting to enable decision-making
• Identify opportunities for improvement across functional areas
• Build strong relationships with business partners at various levels

• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Experience applying AI in BI context is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and SQL is a plus
