Overview

In this role you will drive revenue and customer outcomes by leading high-value ProServe engagements with enterprise clients. You will partner with account teams, cloud architects, and delivery consultants to shape proposals and secure SOW sign-offs. You’ll translate IT and cloud transformation concepts into business value for Financial Services customers while managing CRM-driven sales processes. Expect collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver customer business outcomes and maximize impact. This role offers the chance to influence large-scale cloud initiatives and grow with AWS ProServe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and drive high-value customer engagements
  • Collaborate with AWS Global Sales for coordinated account management
  • Create proposals, secure SOW sign-offs, and enable project delivery
  • Monitor projects to ensure delivery of Customer Business Outcomes and maximize revenue
  • Advocate for customers while balancing AWS business objectives

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in quota-carrying professional services sales or strategic account management
  • Experience selling complex cloud solutions to large enterprises, especially in Financial Services
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
