Senior Architectural Technologist

Overview

In this role you will contribute to a growing, innovative design team in Glasgow, tackling diverse projects across commercial, education, healthcare, industrial and leisure sectors. You will influence technical delivery on substantial re-cladding and residential schemes and gain opportunities to progress into management. The position combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will work across large-scale projects, leveraging your design and delivery experience to drive quality and compliance with Scottish building standards. This is a chance to shape ambitious projects in a city-centre setting with cross-sector exposure.

Responsibilities

• Work on substantial re-cladding and residential projects
• Influence and strengthen all aspects of technical delivery within the team
• Progression to a management role is encouraged

Key requirements

• 10 years post-qualification experience
• Experience on substantial re-cladding and residential projects is advantageous
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience on multi-million-pound projects across various sectors
• Strong technical background on large-scale residential projects
• Knowledge of Scottish building standards
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Strong leadership qualities
