CRM Executive

Overview

In this role you will shape Verisure’s customer communications, owning multi-channel journeys from planning to execution. You’ll work within the Customer Marketing team to streamline processes, segment audiences, and optimize email campaigns that drive business outcomes. You’ll translate data insights into improvements, templates, and CTAs that enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on, strategic position at a market-leading company focused on customer-centric growth and impactful communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a communication strategy
• Develop and implement customer communication journeys
• Design email templates and CTAs
• Monitor and evaluate the success of email campaigns against KPIs
• Segment portfolio based on customer behaviour and engagement
• Analyse email data for insights and data-driven decisions
• Recommend improvements to optimize email campaign performance
• Develop and maintain documentation and road maps for email processes, A/B tests, and promotions

Key requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• Experience with CRM email communications to an existing customer base
• Experience with email automation tools
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance impact
