Overview
In this role you will support the JISU COB team in London to deliver and integrate low-latency trading solutions. You’ll streamline end-to-end client deliveries, oversee onboarding and production rollout, and drive automation and process improvements across cross-functional teams. You’ll work closely with business, product, and development teams to ensure robust integration and test coverage, enabling reliable deployments in a high-visibility environment. The role offers meaningful impact in equities trading tech and a chance to shape delivery efficiency at scale.
Responsibilities
- Participate in cross-functional requirements and implementation discussions
- Collaborate with business/product teams to plan and communicate delivery progress
- Estimate effort and timelines for delivery
- Develop software functionality
- Set up client environments in low-latency production, including rollout and post-release checks
- Ensure comprehensive integration testing coverage
- Lead automation initiatives to streamline deliveries with Development and BA teams
- Collaborate on solution design with Development and BA to ensure testability
- Present/escalate project and technical needs
- Oversee Linux-based client onboarding for hardware/software
- Ensure quality delivery and stability
Key requirements
- Experience in equities and trading technologies
- Knowledge of FIX protocol
- Proficiency in Linux, networks, FPGAs, Python, Shell scripting, and other programming languages
